While many of our competitors use canned Garbanzo beans, the very foundation upon which Hummus is made, we cook our own beans, do not use preservatives, and allow only the freshest and finest of ingredients in our products. While this process is more time consuming on our half, we are able to put food on your table that provides a dining experience that reflects both the wholeness and authenticity of Mediterranean cuisine.​

 

Hummus and other staples of the Mediterranean diet, such as Tabouli, Grape Leaves (Dolma) and Baba Ghanouj, have been on the rise as delicious and healthy alternatives to conventional means of snacking.
